ReplyMap is a product of Divinexion Technologies (divinexion.com), a registered sole proprietorship in Surat, Gujarat, India. By using ReplyMap you agree to these terms.

What ReplyMap does

We ask AI assistants the kind of questions your customers ask, and report whether your business is named, who is named instead, which sources the answers relied on, and what the assistants say about you.

What a report is — and is not

• Answers are samples, collected through each assistant’s official API with your city set. AI answers vary from one request to the next, and what any one person sees in their own app can differ. We sample more than once and show you how consistent the answers were.
• A report describes what we observed on the day it was made. It is not a guarantee of how AI assistants will answer in future, and we do not promise that following our suggestions will change their answers.
• Suggestions are general marketing guidance, not legal or professional advice.

Your side

• Check businesses you own, work for, or are authorised to act for.
• Do not use the service to harass anyone, to scrape it, or to get around the free check limits.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, who also handles tax and invoices. Our refund policy applies.

• Reports and the Fix-It Kit are one-time purchases. Nothing renews.
• AI Watch is a subscription for one business: a 7-day free trial, then $19 a month, charged to the card you gave at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from “Account & billing” in two clicks; it then stays on until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. If a payment fails we tell you, keep the service running while it is retried, and stop the scans if it cannot be collected.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
