Privacy

ReplyMap is a product of Divinexion Technologies (divinexion.com), a registered sole proprietorship in Surat, Gujarat, India. This page says what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how to have it deleted. Plain words, no tricks.

What we collect

• Your email address — to send you your result and report, and a short series of follow-up emails you can stop with one click.
• The business details you type — name, city, category, website, and any facts you give us (hours, address, services).
• AI answers about that business — the text and sources that ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity return for the questions we ask.
• Technical data — your IP address (to stop abuse of the free check), page analytics without cookies (Plausible), and, if you arrived from an ad, the Meta Pixel to measure that the ad worked.

Signing in, and the one cookie we set

There are no passwords. To sign in we email you a link that works once and expires in 15 minutes. When you use it we set one cookie (sb_session) that keeps you signed in on that browser for 30 days; it holds a random value and nothing about you. It is strictly necessary for the dashboard, so there is no cookie banner. You can end every session from “Account & billing → Sign out everywhere”.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for your purchase.

Who helps us process it

• Lemon Squeezy — checkout, payment, tax and invoices
• OpenAI, Perplexity and DataForSEO — they receive the questions we ask (for example “best dentist in Austin”) and, for direct questions, your business name. They never receive your email.
• Resend — delivers our emails
• Cloudflare — security, and storage of report PDFs
• Hetzner — the server and database
• Meta — ad measurement. Your email is hashed before it is sent, and only if you came from an ad.

How long we keep it

Reports stay available until you ask us to delete them, so your link keeps working. Abuse-prevention logs are kept for 30 days.

Your rights

If you can sign in, “Account & billing” has two buttons: Export my data (everything we hold about you, as a file, immediately) and Request deletion.

You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — wherever you live. Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will do it within 30 days, usually the same week.

Directory profiles

AI Watch subscribers can publish a public profile page for their business. It is off until you switch it on, shows only the business facts you entered (never your email, your score or your reports), and comes down the moment you switch it off or your subscription ends.

Report links

Anyone who has a report’s link can open it. That is deliberate, so you can share it with whoever manages your website. Links are long and random, are not listed anywhere, and are hidden from search engines. If a link is shared by mistake, tell us and we will switch it off.
