Refunds

Seven days, no questions asked. If a report or a Fix-It Kit was not worth it to you, take your money back.

How

• Open the “Refund this order” link in your report email and press one button, or
• reply to your receipt or report email and say “refund” — a person will do it.

What happens

• The refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives in 5–10 business days.
• The report link stops working once the refund is processed.

AI Watch (the subscription)

• The first 7 days are free. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
• After that you can cancel any time from “Account & billing”. AI Watch stays on until the end of the month you paid for and does not renew.
• Charged for a month you did not mean to keep? Write to us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it.

After seven days

Write to [email protected] anyway. If something went wrong on our side, we will make it right.
